The Minnesota Apple Growers Association Board of Directors is excited to announce the 2024 Summer Tour Event.  This year, the event will be hosted by Rick Van Lin at Van Lin Orchards in La Crescent on July 19th.

Certainly, we will have an exciting day planned ahead. Let us break down the high-level activities for you:


  1. Orchard Tour: When you arrive at the farm, you’ll have the opportunity to see the orchard.

  2. Lunch at La Crescent Area Event Center: After the orchard tour, everyone will gather at the La Crescent Area Event Center for lunch with delicious food – a chance to recharge and connect with fellow attendees.

  3. Engaging Speakers: The event promises great speakers who will share insights on relevant topics.  You’ll have the chance to learn and be inspired.

  4. Networking: Of course, networking time through-out the day! Imagine mingling with other participants, exchanging ideas, and making new connections. Who knows? You might meet someone who shares your passion for orchards or discover a fascinating project.

The detailed agenda is being assembled as we speak. Once we get this completed, we will update everyone with all the details.
